Well I never did this when I became authored in early July so why not do it now? Well here we go

First off my name is Nate, I was born in Syracuse, NY and now live in Oswego, NY. I believe my love of cars started by going to the Vintage Cup at Watkins Glen and walking through the paddock seeing all the old BMW's, GTP's, and Mustang racers. I have loved cars and racing for as long as I can remember. It has become a stronger love over the last 4 or 5 years. I got my permit about a week after my birthday in May. I've racked up about 10 hours behind the wheel. I'm going to be a junior in High School in about two weeks.

I've driven a 2012 Subaru Impreza for most of my learning time. I've also driven a Prius. Yeah not really a good driving car.

I enjoy motorsport photography and consider myself a good racing photographer. I hope to become an engineer and work either in motorsports or work for one of those big places like Ford or Boeing. I really don't have an alliance to any manufacturer. I do like Ford, Chevy, BMW, VW, Volvo, and Honda.

Well now you know me a little better. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments.

Thank you, even though I've been posting for almost 2 months. I just never did this.

Welcome to the club, I hope to meet you at the Vintage grand Prix in Watkins Glen in a couple of weeks. Look out for a photographer with an Oppo shirt.

The Prius is a fine driving car if you drive it like you hate it. Driving a slow car quickly is a much better way to educate yourself about vehicle dynamics than a fast car. The Impreza can be a fine little hoonmobile too!

I just don't like the way it feels. I don't like the steering and that there's not enough pedal feel for my liking. My mom's Impreza has great steering feel, good feedback in the pedals. It's not super fast I just prefer the way it drives. I drove the Prius right after I got my permit to learn the basics and cornered it hard but I prefer the Subaru in the way it feels.
